How do I cancel my order?

If you ordered the wrong item or wish to cancel your order, please send us an email (support@ateonlineshop.com) informing us of your intent to cancel your order within 24 hours after the confirmation of your payment. In this email, please include your name and order number you would like to cancel.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We send our goods through courier for smaller and lighter packages. For heavier and/or high volume goods, we use cargo/transport to deliver the goods.

Is the shipping fee included in the price?

The prices on www.ateonlineshop.com is inclusive of shipping charges (and there are no hidden charges) and we ship our products across India subject to the serviceable city or location. The address should be of proper city / town.

Do you provide warranty on the goods?

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

For smaller/lighter/low volume orders, the dispatch time is usually 4-5 days from the date of order. The package should arrive within 3-4 days of the date of dispatch.

For heavier/high volume/ large orders, the dispatch time usually varies from 15-20 days from the date of order. The package should arrive within 7 days of the date of dispatch.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 1 hour. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us.
